going to be frank with you. I was actually underweight, not overweight as a teenager (I weighed about 130 pounds or less at 5’8). But twenty years later I blossomed to 200 pounds. Not exactly an obese weight, but definitely one to raise some health concerns (my triglycerides were over the top and cholesterol borderline high).

By following the right way to lose weight (and this was after trying other unsuccessful methods – including my former favorite: exercise) I lost 35 pounds – down to 165 at 5’10. This is not to blow my own horn, but to show you that it is possible. And these methods can be applied at ANY age from about 2 years and up.

So for those looking for a teenage weight loss program, I’ll conclude by saying: “get at it!” Remember, the result begins with an action. So act now – and good luck.
